Every year Beyond Hope Resort has employment opportunities in two areas,

Camp Hosts

We offer positions for “workampers” to maintain the Resort grounds and buildings. Workampers receive their space with full hook-ups in exchange for 20-25 hours of work per week. Workampers or Camp Hosts do grounds and building maintenance, help with restocking in the gift shop, assist guests when they arrive and occasionally run errands. These positions range from 60 days to full season.

Bar and Restaurant Staff

In addition we hire a staff to work in the bar and restaurant. This includes a Chef, cooks, dishwashers, servers and bartenders and hosts. The Restaurant opens each year for the Mother's Day weekend and we start hiring the last week in April. There are openings throughout the summer season.
