Spokane international airport is 2 hours away. Sandpoint airport is 20 minutes away.

General Rules

Dear Guests, Please follow these rules so that everyone will enjoy their time at Beyond Hope Resort!

-Check in/out is 12:00 noon. No check-ins after 10pm

-Quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 8:00am. Please be considerate of your neighbors and remember that sound carries.

-Pump out Service is available. During June & September Mondays Only!  During July & August Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays Only! You must sign up and pay the day prior to service being performed!

-Pets are welcome here. Do not leave your pet unattended. Pets must be on a leash and you are required to pick up after them. Pick up and disposal bags are available near the laundry room, trash cans in upper park, and near the restaurant entrance.

-Children are a joy, although they must be supervised. Remember that parents or guardians are responsible for their children.

-Any alcohol consumed on the lawns, beach and deck of Beyond Hope Resort must be purchased at our bar. You must be 21 to consume alcohol at BHR. Anyone under 21 who is drinking alcohol will be subject to leave the park and may not be allowed to return.

-Docks are for the use of boat owners only. Do not swim in the marina, dive off the docks or allow children to play in this area. Everyone should take special care near the water.

-WiFi is available! If you are camped in the Lower Park connect to beyond hope1. If you are camped in the Upper Park connect to beyond hope 2. There is no password but you must agree to Wow’s terms and conditions.

-Outdoor carpets will damage the lawns. Please help us keep the park green by refraining from using carpets or large mats.

-Fires are permitted in designated areas only. There is a fire pit on the beach for the use of all park guests. Fires are allowed in the beach fire pit until midnight with adult supervision. Please do not leave the fire unattended. Small portable fire pits and charcoal BBQ’s are allowed at each site only if there are no fire restrictions. Please dispose of ashes in designated can near trash.

-Garbage cans, for your household trash, are located by the bathrooms and dumpsters are located in the parking lot near the entrance of the resort.

-Propane is available at Hope Marina which is located on Hwy 200.

-You are welcome to have 2 vehicles in your site (for example, your motor home and a tow vehicle). All other vehicles and trailers should be parked in the appropriate parking lot. Boats and other watercraft may not be parked in RV or Tent sites.

-Beyond Hope Resort is located on a game preserve. No fire arms of any kind are allowed. Wildlife abounds in our camp ground and through out the peninsula. Please don’t feed “Junk Food” to the wildlife.

Policies & disclaimers

Cancellations and changes need to be made 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation or changes are made within these times, full refund is issued less one night stay if made outside these times no refund will be issued. No refunds for early departure.

By checking the agreement box, I understand and agree to the following: This agreement is by and between the undersigned and Beyond Hope Resort, Inc. (hereinafter "Resort". In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the Resort, for any purpose, the undersigned releases, waives, discharges and agrees not to hold the Resort, its owners, Board of Directors, employees or agents liable to the undersigned for any loss or damage, injury to the person or property or death.

The undersigned acknowledges that his/her participation in the activities offered at the Resort, including, but not limited to, swimming, campfires, camping, RV-ing, and boating involves known, unknown and unanticipated risks that could result in physical injury, emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to their self, to property or to third parties. These risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, fires, slips and falls, falling trees, severe weather, collision with fixed objects or people, hazards of walking on uneven terrain, water hazards, and exposure to temperature and weather extremes.

The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO lifeguard on duty at any time, so all water activities are undertaken at their own risk. Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to abide by the minimum drinking age of 21 years of age and agrees not to use any illegal substance on the Resort's property. The undersigned understands the importance of drinking responsibly and accepts any and all responsibility for risks and/or dangers related in any way to his/her consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs, legal or illegal, of any kind.

The undersigned assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence of the Resort while in, about or upon the property of the Resort and/or while using the premises or any facilities or equipment thereon.

The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing release and waiver agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Idaho and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force and effect.

The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this release and waiver of liability agreement, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.


PARENTS' OR GUARDIANS' ADDITIONAL WAIVER AND RELEASE
Must be agreed to by all participants under the age of 18
Upon checking the agreement box, I understand and agree to the following: Any Minor under my care and/or staying with me during my visit being permitted by the Resort to stay at the Resort and use its facilities and property, I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Resort from any and all claims which are brought by, or on behalf of Minor and which are in any way connected with such use or stay by Minor.
